The Online Photographer posted a review for fine art photographer Andre Kertes’s book of poloroids. Why? He starts off with this explanation:
“The recent announcement of the discontinuation of Polaroid’s consumer films sent me on a search for notable Polaroid photographic art works. I did not have to search long.” Nice.
Not every picture you take has to have meaning deeper than the paper it’s printed on. But if you’re board with taking images that lay there like a dead fish, try spicing it up with some symbolic tartar sauce.
