Photo Gels BYOG!

Photo gels. Whether you gel to balance your light, or you gel to bring a creative idea to the party, if you BYOL (bringing your own light) to make a photo, it could serve you well to BYOG (Bring Your Own Gel).

Here’s a link to a post I wrote about why to use gels. Before you go running off to read it, I’d like you to join me in welcoming my first official advertiser Photogels.com. You can see their ad on the right side of the page if you’re reading this on the Nice site. And what do you see on the ad? That’s right a 15% off coupon for readers of Nice. Nice! And just in time for the holliday’s, too. Enter the code NICE when you check out and no matter how large or small your order is, they’ll give you 15% off. Sweet. I mean, “Nice.”

I wrote a review of Photo Gels a long time ago. They were great then, and now they are even greater. These puppies are now being cut for your flash at the Rosco factory exclusively for Photogels.

Nice!

  1. Photogels.com rules.

  2. I was ready to buy their gels, but was surprised to find that all their products are 2″x5″, which limits them to use on speedlights. I would have purchased a pack already but I’d like a 5×5 size, so no deal. Mention to them, it may be easy as another product to offer and help them get more sales. Cheers.
