Looks like those grand ‘ol Pocket Wizard Plus II’s want a little love this holiday season, too. I just stumbled across this offer:

PocketWizard USA is offering US purchases a $25 rebate on every Plus II purchased between December 1st, 2008 and February 28, 2009. Buy your units from your favorite Authorized PocketWizard Retailer then follow the instructions on the attached rebate form to get the rebate.

Looks like there’s no limit to the number of units you can get the rebate on.

The PWII’s at Adorama are $188 with free shipping making them $163 after the rebate check arrives. Not too shabby.

The Pocket Wizard II’s at B&H, if you prefer the B and the H, are the same $188 but you’ll have to pony up an extra $5 smackers if you want them to mail it to you. Unless you’re Larry, the guy who secretly lives in the closet on the third floor – thanks for the pack of soup crackers BTW, Larry – you’ll probably want them to mail it.
