Hello faithful readers! I’m going out of town for a week. Hang on. Quit your crying. Let go of my leg. Yes, vacation. Don’t fret. I’ll be back. In the mean time I’ve loaded up the magical internet machine with posts to spit out while I’m gone. And there’s a pot roast in the oven. Make yourself at home. Comment moderation and email replies will be a bit slow until I get back as the only internet access available where I’m going costs a broken finger to use, and I’d have to pay double since my wife would be collecting.

Like I said, new posts will continue on their regular schedule. And there are plenty of things to read in the archives. Dig in.

As a bonus, here’s a little clip from an upcoming article I’ll have for you early next month. Any guesses where the shoot took place? If you’re the first person to guess right (and you’re not someone I know - I’m talking to you Mr. Danny!) I’ll mail you one of my signed limited edition postcard prints (woo-hoo). Just make sure you use your real email when you take your guess in the comments so I can get hold of you if you’re right. If no one gets it right, I’ll send it to the comment with my pick for the most creative answer.
